• The provision of demographic data of KHAIYAL user at their own will (it include necessary setting via in APP setting to enable our user to change their gender)

• Being KHAIYAL users we also facilitate communication among our users and with the respective third KHAIYAL partners via the KHAIYAL mobile APP and website. For instance, we also enable our KHAIYAL partners and delivery person to communicate among them through calls, text, and sending files to each other by maintaining their identity (not disclosing their contact numbers).

Data related to our users is collected from other sources. It includes:

• Users participating in the referral programs (when KHAIYAL users refer this APP to another person we receive the referred person data from a dead user

• Our third partners including vendors and other KHAIYAL helpers verify your personal background information and verify your status in case of involvement in any fraudulent illegal activities.

KHAIYAL DECISION-MAKING

• It includes changing prices of the service and delivery cost of parcels or any other commodities that will determine basically on varying factors like distance and estimated time, estimated traffic routes, and the number of KHAIYAL partners and active users availing that services at the given moment.
• User rating will also be deciding factor to get KHAIYAL services uninterrupted and in case of a user with a lower rating then deactivating the user follows
• In case of cancellation of any service by our users then the following scenarios will be observed:
• If KHAIYAL helper arrived at the user location then in case of the cancellation helpers will charge its visiting fee based on the estimated distance
• If cancellation by our users is done within one hour of placing orders then cancellation in this case will be exempted from any type of cancellation fee and charges and the paid amount will be returned as such.

USER CONSENT

At first, KHAIYAL will not share any personal information of our users with any affiliated third party but in case we notice the user consent and willingness to share this confidential information then KHAIYAL will share it.
